CONCEPT CREATION
在首次會面中，我們主要理解客戶的構思和需求、時間表、預算，以及單位地點。透過初步了解，設計團隊會提出一些方案或替代設計方案，在會面當中我們都建議客戶 多提問，可以令我們掌握更多細節，提供一個最合適的設計方案。
An initial meeting will be held to discuss client’s aspirations and needs, as well as timeline, budget, location, as well as timeline. A design proposal and process, alternative design approaches may illustrate.

空間規劃和繪圖
SPACE PLANNING AND DRAWING
一旦客戶確定設計概念，設計團隊將使用電腦軟件 繪製圖紙。將客戶的需求和場地規格顯示在2D 和 3D 圖紙中呈現細節。
Once a construction scheme is confirmed, we will start generating both 2D and 3D blueprints, which show all client’s desires and site specification in detail

採購
SOURCING
當設計概念及備選方案被確定後， 接著就是材料採購， 並將代表客戶訂購。
When the plan is settled, the following step is to purchase materials, which those can be ordered by our company on client’s behalf.

項目建設及統籌
PROJECT CONSTRUCTION AND COORDINATION
我們與承建商緊密聯繫並跟進工程的各方面來評估品質，確保一切符合工程的規格，順利及有效率地實施。會定期向客戶報告流程，從而提高整個項目透明度。
We co-ordinate closely with contractors and follow up every aspect of the project to ensure that everything is implemented smoothly and efficiently. The construction progress will be reported to the client regularly.
